After purchasing the product, the Admin email will receive a welcome email. Follow the steps outlined in this email to establish the first admin user account and domain for your Google Workspace account. Please note that this activation link is valid for 24 hours. Subsequently, proceed to the Google Workspace login and configure your account through the admin console – please follow the step-by-step in the mail. Customize your account by creating additional users, setting access rights, adding secondary domains, personalizing the dashboard with company information, and adjusting settings to meet your business needs.
If you fail to log in within the first 24 hours, the registration link expires. Please submit a support ticket to support@gsubscriptions.com. Support can manually reset the password for the user.
Open your web browser and navigate to http://google.com/a/your_domain. Ensure you replace "your_domain" with your actual domain name. Sign in using your Google Workspace username and password.

You can manage your subscriptions through our self-service portal, available at a region- and partner-specific link, such as: https://manage-XX.gsubscription.com
Replace XX with the appropriate code provided by your reseller or in your welcome email. The portal allows you to view, renew, or update your subscriptions and update payment details.
To log in to Subscription Management using your Google Workspace account:

⚠️ Make sure you use the same Google Workspace email address used during your initial purchase or gift card redemption. If you're unsure about the correct link, contact your reseller or check your onboarding email.
No, there is no trial period for Google Workspace subscriptions.
Pricing after one year varies based on the selected plan and domain.
The commitment is annual.
Upon purchase, your subscription is set to auto-renewal ON. To continue receiving services, keep on auto-renewal under the Subscription Tab. Note that providing a credit card may be required if your balance does not cover the full amount for auto-renewal.
No, it is not possible to cancel the subscription as it has an annual commitment term. However, users can disable auto-renewal to discontinue receiving services in the next billing period. For more details please visit Subscription Management.
New user accounts are created under the same domain as your Google Workspace Admin Account (e.g., john@your-domain.com).
Note! During the purchase, there are two options for domain creation:
1. Existing Business Domain: Provide any existing domain that you own.
2. Create New: Search for new domain that reflects your business’s name.
It is not possible to update or change the domain name of a customer directly from https://manage-XX.gsubscription.com. The domain is designated at the time your admin account is created but can be changed at any time through the Admin console.
1. Sign in to your Google Admin console. Sign in using an administrator account.
2. In the Admin console, go to Menu Account -> Domains->Manage domains.
3. The Status column shows the current state of your domain.
Note! If you do change the domain in your Admin console, please contact support@gsubscriptions.com to request a corresponding change at https://manage-XX.gsubscription.com.
Verifying your domain is a security measure to ensure that no one else can use your domain to sign up for Google Workspace. This verification process helps us confirm that you are the rightful owner, contributing to the security and integrity of your domain within the Google Workspace environment.
Note! If you purchased a domain name through www.gsubscriptions.com Domain name registration services will be provided by ResellerClub. Initially, AppXite will verify your domain(s) on ResellerClub's behalf.
If you haven't verified your primary domain, you'll see a Set up Admin Console ( admin.google.com) prompt at the top of the Admin console dashboard that will walk you through the steps to verify.
During the purchase, the user verifies the domain within Google. This process checks if the domain is already in use within Google.
- If the domain is not in use, you can proceed to checkout.
- If the domain already exists in Google, you will not be allowed to proceed to checkout. In this case, choose another domain name.
You can manage your domain through ResellerClub. Login details and password are provided in your invoice upon purchase.
Domain management involves tasks like configuring DNS, protecting privacy, creating subdomains, and setting up email. It ensures security, brand consistency, reliability, professionalism, SEO benefits, and control over your domain. If you don't renew your Google Workspace subscription, your domain will be canceled, and you will lose access to it. This means your website, email, and any services associated with the domain will become inaccessible.
The remaining balance stays on your account and can be redeemed for subscription management or renewal.

A product key is valid for 13 months from the date of redemption.
If your product key does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining amount by credit card.
No, a credit card is not required as long as your total order amount does not exceed the value of your gift card. However, we recommend adding a credit card to your account to ensure uninterrupted service during future renewals in case the gift card balance is insufficient.
Your provisioning will fail if there are insufficient funds on your credit card.
You will be charged immediately after a successful purchase.
If we can't authorize the renewal charge, your Google Workspace account becomes past due. We'll make several attempts to charge your payment method, and if it fails, your Google Workspace account will be suspended.
Note! To maintain an active Google Workspace account, ensure your payment method is always kept up to date.
Please go to Your Profile, by Selecting Name on the top right Corner. Select edit pencil under Payments:

Yes, taxes apply to all Google Workspace subscriptions, whether the purchase is made by a business (legal entity) or an individual (non-business customer). Tax is calculated based on the billing country and applicable local tax laws.
Taxes are automatically calculated based on the customer's country selected during the purchase process.
If you have a valid payment method and auto-renew is enabled, your subscription will renew automatically.
Note! To enable or disable auto-renew on an annual plan, log in to shttps://manage-XX.gsubscription.com and edit your subscription.
You can find the renewal date of your Google Workspace subscription in the Subscription tab. Please monitor your subscription end date to have time for reviewing your payment method or disabling the renewal if necessary. It's not possible to switch your billing cycle as your subscription is billed upfront for the annual term.
No, refunds are not provided. Once purchased, your subscription remains active for the rest of the billing period, even if you choose to cancel early.
If you already have an existing subscription you cannot purchase a new license, instead you need to increase the number of licenses, as follows:
- Access Subscriptions Tab:
- All subscriptions are located under the Subscriptions tab, where they can be managed and edited.
- Select Subscription:
- Choose the subscription you want to modify.
Open subscription details by pressing on the subscription name.
Select Edit. When selecting the "Edit" button for a subscription, you can choose when you want the changes to apply – now, or on a custom date:
- Now – this option enables to make changes immediately.
- Custom date – this option allows you to select any future date. On the selected date, your subscription quantity will be changed.
Make adjustments to your subscription and Select Save.
After saving changes, a pop-up window with a Terms & Conditions will appear, press the "I agree" button to continue.
Google Workspace subscriptions come with an annual commitment and cannot be canceled mid-term. However, you can disable auto-renewal to ensure the subscription does not renew for another term once the current billing period ends.
⚠️ Disabling auto-renewal means your subscription will expire at the end of its term, and services will stop unless renewed manually.
To change your auto-renewal settings:

Log in to your subscription portal.

Go to the Subscription Details page.

Click Edit → Now.

Uncheck (or check) the Auto-Renewal box.

Click Save to confirm.
⚠️ If you disable auto-renewal and your subscription expires, your domain and all related services (e.g., email, website, drive) will become inaccessible.
If you already have an existing subscription, you cannot purchase a new subscription with the same domain. Instead, you can upgrade your license to a new edition, for example, from Business Starter to Business Standard. It is not possible to downgrade licenses with annual commitment.
Select the Subscriptions tab and select Subscription you would like to upgrade. If upgrades for the particular Subscription are eligible they will be presented at the bottom of the page:
Select Upgrade. Please proceed to the checkout steps by filling in form and Press Save.
The multi-card redemption process involves two main steps:
- Step 1 - Initial Redemption: The user navigates to gsubscriptions.com and redeems one product key. This action designates the user as the admin of the account.
- Step 2 - Top-Up Balance: The admin then visits manage.gsubscriptions.com to redeem the remaining product keys: click on Google Workspace Top Up Balance offer then Buy Now
After completing the multi-card redemption process, the balance is available for use in your account, under https://manage-XX.gsubscriptions.com Users can utilize this balance to pay for subscriptions, renewals, upgrades or add-ons. Read how to check the Balance here.

To initiate a transfer, follow these steps in your Google Workspace console to complete the process. Please note that the full process may take up to several business days, depending on your current provider and the responsiveness of all parties involved.

Initiate a Transfer

Wait for Reseller Confirmation
Your new reseller will process the request, and your account will be visible in the reseller's system. -
Log in and Confirm Subscription

Upon login, your existing subscriptions will sync automatically.

You can either stay on the current plan or choose an upgrade (required for discount).

Add a Credit Card

This step is mandatory.

If a credit card is not added within 5 business days, the transfer will fail, and your subscription will be canceled.

Complete the Transfer
Once your credit card is added and the upgrade (if applicable) is confirmed, your subscription will be provisioned.
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to manage your subscription and access your invoice.
No, transfer is not possible if you're on a Google Workspace free trial. You must first switch to a paid subscription or purchase a new subscription using a different domain and primary email address.
If you don’t complete the credit card step during the transfer, the transfer will fail and your subscription will be canceled within 5 business days. To avoid service disruption, please ensure your credit card is added before completing the process.
