Nicolas Albana

CEO/Product Strategy

Nicolas is CEO and Chief Strategist of AppXite and one of the co-founders of the company. An industry veteran, Nicolas started his career in the 90s selling computers from a basement. Prior to AppXite, he participated in several startups and later became a corporate entrepreneur, starting up 8 different businesses for the Atea Group. In 2015 Nicolas initiated the development of the digital business transformation platform that today powers AppXite's partners and customers, based on the idea of enabling companies to successfully transition from transactional to subscription-based business model. In 2010 he defended his MBA dissertation in Stockholm School of Economics on the future cloud economy and the role of the Aggregator which laid the initial bricks for the core idea behind AppXite’s strategy today.

Maris Krumins

CFO/COO

As CFO, Maris oversees the subscription billing and invoicing services provided to partners while managing our legal, finance and procurement functions. This means ensuring compliance, risk and financial management -  as well as analytics, and investor relations. Prior to AppXite, Maris acted as a finance partner in the IT industry covering managed services, international customer care, financial, and group services. While working in the public sector, he headed EU investments in R&D, innovations, and various other competitiveness areas in Latvia. Maris earned his master’s degree in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University, New York.

Valentin Garkavy

VP of Development

Valentins joined AppXite with more than 20 years of experience in software development and management. Here, he ensures that our products deliver maximum value to customers. This meaning the highest levels of quality, ease-of-use, and scaling potential. Previously, held positions as a software engineer, software architect, team lead, and CTO. Before moving to AppXite, Valentins was involved in scaling SaaS based ERP systems and web platforms.

An experienced solutions sales professional with a demonstrated history in the computer software and services, Peter Mehrens is also skilled in sales, partner management, and the cloud solution industry. Past experience in multiple leadership roles lends credence to his ability to optimize both a company and its personnel.
