AppXite is excited to announce an integration with ConnectWise PSA, one of the most widely adopted professional services automation platforms in the managed services industry. This integration is now available to all AppXite partners, bringing a new level of operational efficiency to MSPs who rely on ConnectWise PSA to run their professional services and invoicing.
What the Integration Does
Once connected, AppXite automatically pushes subscription and billing data into ConnectWise PSA - keeping customer records, service agreements, and billable line items in sync without any manual intervention. MSPs no longer need to cross-reference two systems or worry about billing discrepancies slipping through the cracks.
Key capabilities include:

Customer sync. Organizations managed in AppXite are automatically reflected in ConnectWise PSA, ensuring a consistent and up-to-date customer base across both platforms.

Subscription & agreement mapping. Active subscriptions flow directly into ConnectWise PSA agreements, making it easy to track what each customer has purchased and how it should be billed.

Automated invoicing. Billing data from AppXite is passed to ConnectWise PSA as billable items, enabling MSPs to generate accurate invoices without manual data handling.

Usage-based billing support. For services billed on consumption, usage data is captured and forwarded, so variable charges are reflected accurately every period.
