Your AppXite customer organizations sync directly to ConnectWise companies, including support for one-to-many company relationships. Active subscriptions flow into ConnectWise agreements, keeping a consistent, auditable record of what every customer has purchased and how it should be billed. New sync entries default to a safe excluded state until an administrator explicitly approves them - giving you control before anything goes live.
Flexible Billing Rules & Customization
Billing rules can be configured to match your operational needs. You can define a default Agreement Type for customers who don't have an exact match, set Charge Start and Charge End date rules for precise accounting alignment across platforms, and customize the display names for six core charge types to match your internal ledger formatting.
Invoice Validation Before Sync
Before any data is pushed to ConnectWise, you have a clear validation step. Load invoices for any billing period into a review grid, where configuration-applied lines are marked as "System Updated" and any manual adjustments appear as "User Updated". Bulk update tools let you modify charge parameters or assign billing agreements across multiple customers at once - ideal for high-volume periods.
Automated Daily Sync
For teams that want a fully hands-off billing operation, the integration offers an Automated Daily Sync. Once enabled, the platform pushes all validated, mapped invoice data to ConnectWise every night at midnight UTC. Any unmapped lines are held aside for administrative review rather than pushed incomplete - protecting data integrity automatically.
Full Visibility & Audit Trail
The integration dashboard shows live synchronization timestamps adjusted to your local timezone and a rolling 30-day system log for complete auditability. On the ConnectWise side, synced items appear as Additions inside the relevant customer agreements - with product identifiers, descriptions, quantities, and pricing that exactly match AppXite's calculated figures. From there, invoicing flows through your normal ConnectWise billing runs without disruption.
