We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong manual testing background to join our Integration Team at AppXite. You will play a key role in testing and validating a wide range of platform components, with a special focus on:

Vendor onboarding (ISVs and hyperscalers).
Partner onboarding (distributors, resellers, and sellers).
Offer and pricing configuration workflows.
Provisioning sequence creation and execution via APIs.
System integrations involving APIs, webhooks, FTP, and event-based messaging.

This is a hands-on QA role that combines functional, integration, and business process testing. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure platform quality, usability, and seamless interoperability with partner and vendor systems.

Your Responsibilities & Mission

Design and execute manual test cases, test plans, and checklists for both functional features and integration workflows.
Test partner and vendor onboarding processes, including validation of business rules, offer catalog imports, pricing logic, and provisioning workflows.
Validate API-driven integrations (REST APIs), including error handling, response correctness, and system behavior.
Test event-based integration flows, such as webhooks, messaging queues, and file-based (FTP) data exchanges.
Work with integration developers to validate newly built APIs and automation tools.
Support data transformation validation between external systems and the AppXite Platform.
Participate in requirements analysis, story refinement, and definition of acceptance criteria alongside business stakeholders and analysts.
Facilitate communication between development, QA, and product teams, helping clarify test objectives and align expectations.
Investigate and report defects, debug issues using tools such as logs, SQL queries, Postman, and browser developer tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and test strategy for onboarding and integrations.
Take part in user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation when needed.

Your Qualification, Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in manual QA, including functional testing, integration, front and backend validation.
Strong hands-on experience with REST API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
Solid understanding of SQL scripting and ability to validate data across systems.
Familiarity with FTP, webhooks, and event-based integrations, and experience validating related workflows.
Knowledge of test documentation (test plans, test cases, test reports).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test management, pipelines, and collaboration.
Understanding of SDLC. Agile methodologies, and best practices in QA.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to work across business and technical domains.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive to understand complex systems and workflows.

Will be considered as a plus:

Basic scripting or Experience in Automation (C#).
Familiarity with Azure Application Insights or similar tools for log and telemetry investigation.
Experience working in cloud commerce, SaaS marketplaces, or with hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
ISTQB or similar certification in testing, performance, or security.
Any certifications in software testing, security testing, performance testing, Azure would be highly beneficial.
Experience testing partner/vendor onboarding workflows, including offer ingestion, entitlement validation, and pricing setup.
