About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Integration Support Specialist to work with our largest global customers. You will receive initial training on our platform, but you should already have the qualifications required for the role.
As an Integration Support Specialist, you will provide technical support focused on API integrations, database operations, and platform connectivity. You will investigate and resolve integration-related issues, support customer environments and data flows, and work closely with internal engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations and high service quality across the platform.
We offer a fully remote position with long-term cooperation, and working hours aligned with the EMEA time zone.
Your Responsibilities & Mission:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for API integrations, database connectivity, and data exchange between systems.
- Investigate and resolve integration failures, API errors, and data inconsistencies by analyzing logs, API responses, and database records.
- Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to diagnose issues, extract data, and support integration workflows.
- Work with RESTful APIs and webhooks — testing endpoints, interpreting payloads, debugging authentication and authorization issues.
- Scope integration issues by collecting relevant facts, reproducing problems, and involving engineering teams as needed.
- Support and maintain integrations with Microsoft Cloud technologies and third-party systems.
- Consult and collaborate with peers, management, and engineering across teams and regions to resolve service issues.
- Act internally as a customer advocate, ensuring integration requirements are clearly communicated to product and engineering.
- Document integration patterns, known issues, and troubleshooting procedures to improve the support experience and help colleagues.
- Empower customers to understand integration capabilities, configure connections, and self-solve common integration issues.
- Maintain a proactive approach to customer satisfaction, identifying risks to integration stability and managing expectations.
- Take ownership of tasks, proactively follow up, and ensure fast resolution.
Your Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in technical/integration support in IT.
- Strong SQL skills: ability to connect to databases, write complex queries, perform data analysis, and troubleshoot data-level issues (MS SQL preferred).
- Hands-on experience working with APIs — RESTful services, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), request/response debugging, and API documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or cURL.
- Familiarity with data formats and protocols used in integrations (JSON, XML, HTTP, HTTPS).
- Certified within the Azure and/or M365 certification roadmap (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Associate level).
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure).
- Experience troubleshooting SaaS application integrations is a plus.
- Experience with ETL processes or data migration is a plus.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation or data manipulation is a plus.
- Experience with licensing and invoicing systems is a plus.
- Experience with MS Partner Center or similar administrator portals is a plus.
- Ability to identify, update, and create Help Center articles on integration topics.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to make quick decisions, align priorities, and execute tasks.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, especially when translating technical integration details for non-technical stakeholders.
