As Strategic Customer Partner, you will add value to the business by leveraging your expertise in business partnering and driving operational excellence and ensuring key customers’ successful work with our products. We are looking for a strong professional fully committed to driving profitability and growth by ensuring our customers’ success.

We envision each of our employees as stakeholders, so you will be responsible for driving the collaboration with other members of the engineering team to find the best methods for solving problems and securing the quality and usability of our product.

Your Responsibilities & Mission

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and challenges, creating business growth and engagement opportunities, and driving those opportunities through delivery.
Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with customers to define the scope of new features, functions, or integrations.
Challenge customers to think beyond their immediate needs by exploring underlying business problems and guiding them to articulate both current and future requirements. Help customers envision how the forthcoming solution will evolve with their business to ensure long-term value and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Engineering to optimize processes and drive data-driven decision-making.
Design and optimize business processes customers are engaged in.
Cooperating with management team on operational excellence initiatives.

Your Qualification, Skills & Experience

Previous experience in business partnering, business controlling or consulting (preferably in a product IT company).
Consulting mindset with skills that include team facilitation, business case development, business analysis, process mapping, and business process redesigning.
Superior customer service orientation and relationship management with organizational partners, prospects and clients.
Data driven and analytical mindset with a focus to drive efficiency and leverage tools as appropriate.
Experience and solid knowledge about ERP tools; capability and interest in learning new tools and systems.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
Attitude: Ownership, solution-oriented, customer-centric.
Fluent in English.
