Xero (NZ) Limited Google Offer Terms

These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to Xero (NZ) Limited’s (Xero) promotional offer for New Zealand small businesses to receive discounted access to Google Workspace’s (Google) Starter subscription (Google Plan) which meet the eligibility criteria in these Terms (Eligible Participants) before 11.59pm NZT on 30 September 2026 (Promotion). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms, Xero terms of use and privacy notice. Xero may change, suspend or cancel this Promotion, or update these Terms, at any time at its sole discretion.

1. Eligibility

This Promotion is only available for participants who meet the following eligibility criteria (Eligible Participants):

1. for new Xero customers who are purchasing their first Ignite or Grow plan subscription on Xero.com before 11.59pm NZT on 30 September 2026 (New Xero Customer); or
2. for existing Xero customers who are purchasing an additional, or upgrading to an, Ignite or Grow plan subscription on Xero.com before 11.59pm NZT on 30 September 2026, (Existing Xero Customer).

Xero may determine whether participants meet the eligibility criteria above in its sole discretion. Xero may remove a participant’s access to this Promotion or refuse to honour the discount if Xero reasonably believes that your participation or any action taken to obtain the Promotion is not in good faith, is fraudulent, or otherwise violates Xero’s terms of use. This Promotion cannot be transferred, or used with, or exchanged for, any other offer.

2. Discount structure

Eligible Participants will be entitled to receive (each an Offer):

1. New Xero Customers are entitled to a 100% discount on the standard monthly subscription fee for their first Google Plan for 12 months from the date of purchase; and
2. New Xero Customers who have redeemed the Offer under (a) or are Existing Xero Customers are entitled to a 50% discount on the standard monthly subscription fee for a Google Plan for 12 months from the date of purchase, up to a total of 5 Google Plans.

After the 12 month discount period for the Offer ends, the Google Plan will be charged at the then-current price as advertised on workspace.google.com/.

3. Redemption

To redeem the Offer, Eligible Participants must, before 11.59pm NZT on 30 September 2026:

1. 1. Use the Xero offer link provided and follow the steps within the Xero buy-flow.
   2. Once purchased, follow the prompts to Google’s approved third party reseller, AppXite SIA’s (AppXite), landing page to purchase the Google Plan.
      

4. Third Party Services

The Google Plan is provided by Google, and resold to Eligible Participants by AppXite. AppXite acts as the reseller of record and is responsible for billing, collection of payments and first-line technical support in relation to the Google Plan. Use of AppXite’s platform is subject to AppXite’s Customer Agreement. Use of the Google Plan is subject to Google’s applicable Terms of Service which must be reviewed and agreed to before using the Google Plan.

Xero is not a party to any agreement between Eligible Participants and AppXite and/or Google and does not warrant the quality of AppXite’s or Google’s products or services, or their suitability for particular circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, Xero doesn’t accept any responsibility for loss (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered from using or acquiring such products or services, except for Xero’s fraud, negligence or willful default.

Xero, Google and AppXite may share limited data and personal information provided by Eligible Participants to confirm eligibility and administer the Promotion. Xero will handle all data and personal information in accordance with Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice.
