Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will take initiative to meet sales goals, qualify leads, build positive and lasting relationships with prospective clients, and consultatively support future customers in decision making. You will work very closely with both Sales Account Executive and Marketing team to meet sales growth targets.   • • Strategize with Sales on which companies to target
  • • Find the relevant contacts within those companies and reach out via email, LinkedIn and/or phone
  • • Build up connections and educate your target audience
  • • Qualify prospects, execute general demos & set up meetings for sales
  • • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a constant flow of qualified leads
  • • Work towards a monthly MQL target
  • • Keeping up-to-date and analyzing current digital trends
  • • Suggesting new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organization
  • • Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required
  • • Responsible for own projects in direct collaboration with the team


  • • Sales type of experience in a Software/ SaaS company or general in the IT sector
  • • B2B sales experience in IT
  • • Time Management and Organisation skills are essential
  • • Willingness to use the CRM extensively (documentation)
  • • Hubspot Certification for Inbound Sales will be considered as a plus
  • • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • • Good organizational, time-management and prioritizing skills
  • • Learning fast and keeping up to date with industry developments
  • • A result-driven personality
