PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Maintaining Relationships with Strategic Partner IBM: Check-in calls, meetings, attend events, ensures news is shared and opportunities
• Assessing New Partnership Opportunities: determining the framework and criteria by which we prioritize in the partnerships, procuring and analyzing data about the partner and precisely how they overlap with our target market
• Use and maintain Partner Portal and software to track our partner relationship, co-selling and enabling partner to promote our product, use customer lists, lead lists, and sales pipelines to find cases were interests are highly aligned
• Generating and track Sales
• Growing addressable market and increasing market share
• Get new customer organizations to register to become a partner of IBM with AppXite
• Both revenue and long-term output

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in partner management, account management or project management
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Proactive and eager to learn new things
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Analytical skills and passion for technology
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
• Experience in an international business environment
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
