JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Operational support tasks in the Application Support team working with Microsoft Cloud technologies
  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Technical support and troubleshooting
  • Having ownership of tasks, proactively following up on them and ensuring fast resolution
  • Documenting your work in a clear and precise manner


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to make quick decisions, align priorities and execute tasks
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous Support experience
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Azure knowledge is preferred
